Rodwell (CX) Frame
The Rodwell is a non compromise cross bike, with compromises. What we mean by that is that it’s a proper fun race geometry, but we’ve added rack, mudguard and bottle mounts so you can use it for more than just lung-busting 1hr sprints around the park.
True cross geometry with an old school horizontal top tube look, means you’re probably suited on a larger frame than you might think. And we recommend a reach 1-2cm shorter than a true “road” bike. So that 60cm frame is good for people up to 6′2″ (sorry if you’re taller). Proper cross frames are larger, like this, so you can get your arm in them and run up hills. It’s also really nice to see a bike with a horizontal top tube.
Frame package comes complete with a full carbon fork, a headset with an integrated cable stopper too.
Colour is chocolate brown.
Wheel size is 700c, rear hub spacing 130mm. Disc mounts NOT fitted because it’s a cross bike.
Size your bike the old school way:
• Measure from your crotch to your ankle bone.
• Deduct 10in.
• Convert to centimetres (multiply by 2.54)
• Take the size DOWN from what you get.
ie: 32in measurement… gets 22in dimension, which is 558cm so take a 54cm
